Needed to update my "Whatsapp". After I got the msg, I did all suggested in the trouble shooting, including clearing the cache of the "Google Store" & "Google service". I tried to re-install the "Whatsapp" as well but now I ended up with no "Whatsapp" and no option to download other apps... Please advise on how to retrieve the "Whatsapp"

Thanks but - When I also clearing cache from the framework, I get the following error when opening the play store: Error while retrieving information from server RH-01
