If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
I do also faced same problem since 12th of June. I have submitted the phone to Local sony center and waiting for reply when I can get bcak my phone.
Sony should check for this Hardware issue.
I've had this phone for about 2 months now and this is the first time that I have any serious issues. I have seen and heard of many other people who have had the exact same problem with this device. Please Sony, fix this issue! Also, is there anything that I can do to help me fix this issue ASAP?
