Ear speaker does not work after updating the software to version 30.1.A.1.55

After updating the software to version 30.1.A.1.55. ear speaker does not work anymore. I have to use headphones or front speaker to call. During the diagnostic test speaker ear not hear. It may be a mistake update?

That seems to be a hardware issue rather than software, you could repair the phone with XC to narrow down the issue, if that doesn't work, contact your Local support

I don't seem to be the hardware, before the update worked fine but after restart (during the update) no longer worked.

Are you able to boot to Safemode and let me know if the issue continues?
