E3 local storage running out.

I have an issue where the local storage (2gb) on my phone is constantly running out. I have to keep on clearing cached data and other data clearing steps. The problem is the actual apps on the phone that keeps building up data as I use the phone. Also my phone has got a lot of pre-installed apps that I can not remove like Google related apps, Experia apps and apps related to my cell SP - Vodacom. I have very few of my own apps on the phone and where possible, I have moved them to the SD card.
I have also tried to move apps to my SD card but the apps doesn't allow me to move these apps to the SD card.
The Facebook app for instance is located on my SD card mainly however it quickly runs up a lot of user data as I use the app. Within a day it can run up to 300mb of data. Not cached data, normal app user data.
Also, my pictures and videos are all stored on the SD card so this is no an issue.

Looking at the storage breakdown on the phone storage, apps take up about 1,5gb of the 2gb storage. Most of these apps are apps that I can either not delete or move to the SD card.
I see this as a majour issue with this phone, unless there is a way that the phone can better manage this data or I can force more apps to place data to the SD card and move more apps to the SD card.
Also if I could delete some of the un-used Google, Xperia apps in some way as well.

Your advise please?

Some Sony and Google "baked" apps cant be deleted unless you tweak your device like rooting.

What i do on my Z2,i uninstall Facebook app and open it from Chrome. Which saves alot of storage. Or also uninstall updates and disable it.

Forcing to moving apps is only available when you root your phone which in turn will void your warranty.
