Can't Send Premium Messages

Hi?
For two months now my phone can't send premium message. All other messages can be sent. My services provider Safaricom said i need to contact Sony, kindly help.

Hey @Robbyn, welcome to the boards! So sorry to hear about that.

I am not quite sure I understand what you mean by Premium messages, could you clarify it for me? Do I understand you correctly in that you may be referring to MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), such as attaching a photograph to your messages? 

If so, you could try clearing all the APN settings and then let the device download them anew automatically to see if that helps. The way to do this may vary depending on device, but generally you go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access Point Names (APN) > Menu (3 dots in the top right) > Reset to default. Once you've done so, go to Settings > More > Internet settings. This will cause your device to try to download the settings for your specific operator automatically. Wait a few minutes and then restart your device and test the service again to see if it works.

In addition, could you please let me know which phone model it is that you're using? If you're using an Xperia, you can find this under Settings > About phone > Phone model.
