Can't change lockingscreen backgroundimage

Hello,

the problem exists on my sony xperia z3 compact and on the z3 compact from my girlfriend.

When we want to change the lockingscreen backgroundimage, select the backgroundimage area and click on the apply tick nothing happens and we see again the backgroundimage area to select.

Someone with the same problem?

Have you tried doing at the Settings ?

Go to Settings > Display > Wallpaper > Lockscreen > Choose whether to use Album/Xperia Wallpaper >
1) If you choose Album,then a image croppet will appear.
2)If you choose Xperia Wallpaper,then "SET WALLPAPER" will appear.

Is the start application (celltick) present on your phones?

If there is, you have to uninstal it or turn it off
