Hello,

im having difficulty with the camera on my z5, it seems to have some dirt/grime/moisture/gunk on the lens which ruins the camera quality.. ive tried to remove it with micro fibres and q-tips but with no luck..

im worried it might be on the inside of the lens..

any suggestions? thanks

Its not wise to use q tips on the lens as it can scratch off the uv filter film off the lens cover.
Are you sure this isn't what happened to yours?
