Camera app takes a while to open

The camera takes at least 5 seconds to open.

I was reading other threads, one of the thread it was mentioned that it can be speed up by removing culprit app.

So what are the apps that can create this issue?

FYI: Just installed Google Camera app. and that is faster than the sony camera app.

Boot on safe mode and check if it takes as long.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

It is the same lag of 5 seconds in safe mode as well.
