You have answer your own question, the phone works as it is intended to, you will have to replace the glass with one that has a whole so it doesn't block the proximity sensor.

As @Phy said, the problem it's not the phone nor the sensor, the problem it's the protective glass.

I think you might want to change this statement

You should change it to the protective glass, as it's causing this problem, you should contact them (protective glass brand) so they can make the modifications on future products.

Yeah i know many times i changed i know whats the problem but why not some button or in setting some button and why i cant close the sensor? Why not mahbe i would like yo close and not open again? Why not.
I know thia is not problem my glass is blocking but on sensor side have hole.
And also why its sensitive like that? Anyway when you put your ear to speaker ıts all on your face that sensor is impossible to see my ear or face.did you understand qhqt i mean?

There's no way to do so, not only with Sony phones but androids, you might be able to do so if you root your phone and maybe there's an app that allow you to do that, check the XDA forum.

Even if the glass has a hole for the proximity sensor, if the glass it's too thick it might still be partially blocking the proximity sensor.
