it just black and some black light and when i restart it it just start like the picture and turns black again but the sound wwork i hear the camera working...

it seems more like a hardware issue, if the phone doesn't have a password/pin lock/pattern lock > connect it to a computer > back up everything then repair it with XC, if that doesn't work >>> Contact your Local support
