Awake problem

After I took a call the phone app starts to awake all the time even the screen is off. If I didn't use phone app it doesn't get awake itself. In safe mode there is a no problem. All work well. I took several calls in safe mode but phone app doesn't has that awake problem. Someone know what is happening with my phone?

That is probably a third party app messing around with the system. Try these step: 1)Uninstall any RAM boosters,anti virus,Speedboost etc 2)Uninstall any Dialler App(Like Big Dialler App) 3)Uninstall 1-4 apps you had recently installed(Uninstall one by one to identify which one that causes the problem) Hope that helps!
