all videos playing fast?

All the videos on the phone are playing fast. It's happening to streamed and recorded videos. Songs are still playing normally. Any ideas?

How to boot on safe mode on Lollipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

I don't want this to come across wrong, I honestly don't...
Are the videos 60fps?
Only reason asking is because when people see a 60fps video and aren't used to it, it appears to be running fast.
As the cam and YouTube show 60fps videos to the Z3, this may be why. Probably not, but worth asking
