Xperia Z2 Tablet (SGP521) No Sound Problem - Loudspeaker

I have my Xperia Z2 tablet for a couple of months, then since I use my Bluetooth Headphone, my device doesn't make sounds on loudspeaker anymore.

The only way to hear the sounds is through my Headphones and Earphones.

Well in loudspeaker, the only sounds I always heard is only Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick...and so on.

Do you have any ideas to fix this please? Thanks You

does the speakers work when you are on safe mode? try a long press on the power button

check also on xperia diagnostics

try to disconect your bluetooth headphones
