Wifi Dropping Every 15 minutes

Good Evening dear forum members

Wondering if someone can advise and help me.  Ever since my Z4 Tablet was updated to the latest firmware 32.3.A.0.376 I have been experiencing an issue where the Wifi will drop and reconnect every 15 minutes without fail (give or take about 10 seconds).  This occurs on both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz range.

I have a Asus DSL-AC68U router, of which I have multiple other wireless devices connected.  All have a stable wifi connection.  2x Xperia E3 phones, Samsung Laptop with with Wireless AC and a Network Radio.  No issues on wireless.

On the tablet, I have done a full network reset, which I though worked, but less than 12 hours later it was back to square one.  As you can imagine this is driving me nuts - Streaming video via my network means that I have to restart the video and fast foward 15 minutes each time.

Hopefully someone can advise.

Cheers

A bit of a shameless 'bump' and adding additional information.

The issue of wifi dropping every 15 minutes also occurs on other wifi networks.  Stayed at a Premier Inn the other day and used their free Wifi  - same issue.  Same issue occurs at the local pub using their free Wifi too.

So not isolated to my home router.

Cheers

Argh !

Installed the new FW update via the PC this time - looked at my connection logs on the router and states that it was currently connected for 53 minutes.  Looked away for a while and it appears it dropped the wifi connection again, as it was only connected for 3 minutes when I looked.  A few more times on monitoring it and playing some YouTube clips - connection is continueing to drop every 15 mins Slightly_frowning_Face Slightly_frowning_Face

Hi @Quinnicus1, I am very sorry to hear about your issue :(.

Because it is happening to other networks, I recommend you try repair the firmware on your tablet by running a software repair using Xperia Companion.

If that does not work, contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment.
