Wireless Stereo HeadsetMDR-ZX330BT

Does anyone know of an issue where although the headphones are connected to the laptop no matter what i have tried i still end up with the result of only hearing bad quality sound from one ear on the right side.

All checks were made with the output etc but i am unable to just get these earphones to work correctly

Any help or advice would be much appreciated
