Hi there, I have had my Sony WI-C300 headphones for a couple of months now and and when I switch them on today the balance between the left and right earbud is way off?
I have checked on a few different sources and it's the same on all? Right earbud is fine but the left one is working but sounds as though it's turned down to around 25 percent?
Can anyone please help as the Sony troubleshooter says I should take them back to my retailer (TK-Maxx) and they will sort it out???? I have also factory reset them and it's still the same 😠
I want Sony to check them as it's obviously a faulty earbud, they've hardly been used and now this?
