Hi,
I'm having a really strange issue with my new WH-CH 510 headset. When I'm on a Skype call, my mic cuts out after precisely 7 minutes, even when on full charge. This isn't the headphones themselves, as I can still hear people on the other end, but just the microphone.
I've tried re-pairing the headset, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Have you tried to reset your headset? More details here. If you're still having issues I would recommend getting in touch with the Sony Support team for further help.
