WH-1000MX3 balance for vocals to the left

I've had and used these for about a week and the vocals for most music is slightly off to the left of center.

If I turn the headset around its to the right of center so it's not my ears. When connecting to the same iPhone with my old headset (Definitive Symphony1) the vocals on the same songs are centered properly.

I've tried using the headphones app and set the sound to be in front of me and but the sound is very thin and much lower. Also not fully centered.

I've tried setting the iPhone to mono but it's still there so has to be the headset.

I've tried using accessibility in iOS to slightly tweak the center but that slider goes from centered to way off at once.

Anybody have any advice?

Hi, I found some very good WH-1000MX3 setup videos on YouTube. I have managed to get a very well balanced sound through the manual setting in the Sony headphone connect app. Hope this helps.

Did a search but could not find any about adjusting left/right balance.

This is also not an option in the iOs app.
