Hi,
I am having trouble pairing these to a Windows 10 laptop. They don't appear to show up as an audio device. I would try updating the firmware, but the link to it has been removed.
Any help would be much appreciated as it seems impossible to actually get hold of someone that works at Sony.
Many thanks,
Chris
Solved! Go to Solution.
Update: Just this morning Sony has released a firmware update and it works for me. Finally! Can now use the headphones as I originally intended!
Hi Chris,
Welcome to the community.
I'll see if I can track down an answer. Maybe someone else in the community has an idea in the meantime.
Thanks,
Pascale
Hi Chmacdo84,
I believe that Sony will release a fix for this in the next update.

I have paired my headphones to my windows 10 laptop without any issues.
Yes they do not appear under available audio devices, so you just click on the Add Bluetooth or other device, then select the first option Mice, keyboards, pends or audio...... Hey presto the headphones appear!
Sorted for me.
Carl.
Yeah, that doesn't work. Which is why Sony are issuing a firmware update to fix it.
~A month has passed.
Still no fix issued. Still can't use on Windows 10. Still disappointed.
And absolutely no information about, if and when they will release a new firmware update.
Sony doesn't care about their users.

Hi there, you say this has been fixed, but the audio quality when I connect my earphones as the "headset" is trash - is there another way to do this?
