No red light when charging and both of the airpods won't turn on

Hi @Ali_91  and welcome to the Community

Although it may be impossible for you to do so if there is no charge in the headphones,

have you been able to attempt a reset?

Have a look at these instructions 

One key point is "If the indicators don't light up, close the lid and wait 30 seconds before checking for the charge lights again"

If you still have no charging or are unable to power on  then its best you contact Sony Support about this
