My question is this: audio breaks are heard between tracks on albums synced from Windows Media Player 12 to a Sony Walkman NWZ-A867.
CDs are ripped to my computer in WMA fvariable bit rate format, highest quality. Classical recordings which are recorded without any breaks in the performance are divided into tracks on the CD, but play back without audible breaks on both CD and the computer. However, when synced to my Walkman, there are breaks between the tracks, with a slight click, and the screen album art goes black for a split second durning the audio break.
This renders the player useless for playing music recorded without any pauses in the performance.
Am I missing something in the settings?
