Yesterday the NWZ-A818 came up with the message that files may be corrupted then the opening screen became corrupted after switching off and on.
After resetting it appeared to work but then the same problem arose after playing one track.
Tried resetting again which didn't happen and now the Walkman is stuck on the opening screen ('Every moment has its music). None of the buttons work and my PC doesn't recognize the Walkman as being attached.
