Hey Sony,
I returned the hearphones (too big for me) on 16th April, they arrived to the Return Office on the 22nd April and I receive no answer from Sony about the refund. I wrote an email to sonystoresupport.de@sony.com but did not receive any reply. Who should I contact to have my money back???
