Hello, I have a sony nwz-w262 and i'm very pleased with it.But something is wrong and I don't know what to do. When i'm listening music the volume just goes down suddenly and I can't hear a thing.And if I try to change the volume again,after I stop pressing the vol+ button the volume goes down again.This can happen even 20 times in a row.sometimes it just works normal for another 30 minutes maybe,and then does the same strange thing with the volume again.if somebody had a problem like this before,please help me.Thank you very much.
