I Succesfully downloaded some music from the internet into windows media player. It played full 4 minutes, but when I synchronised (following ony's instructions) it only loads a few seconds of the song. I have tried many times and always same result. Why is it only downloading a few seconds only and why are Sony making it so difficult to email them? I cannot get their email as their site sends us round in circles.
