My NWZ-B173 not responding

I once recharged my walkman using a apple wall charger of my friend in an airport. After that my walkman is not responding at all.I cant switch it on. Even when I plugged it in computer but no display there.  What should I do?

Hi Zeroorange,

Is there a tiny device reset button you can push with a paper clip? Maybe that will help.

I am not sure how apples cables work, maybe they push in extra charge on certain pins which could damage your device. I would recommend always using the official charging cable for it.

I tried the reset pin. But the device wont start. Also I have noticed the device switches on while charging but cant switchit on by pressing the play button. And yes, I got it that apple charger is not compatible to my device!

Hmm that's a shame, have you tried to reformat the device to see if that helps?

Such a shame that the apple adapter fitted :smileysad:.
