how to turn off the Zap function on the NWZ-B163 4GB USB Walkman® MP3 player pretty please - thanks

Can't find a way to turn off the Zap when I inadvertently press the button. Resetting doesn't fix it, letting the battery run out takes more time than reading thro the pdf user manual and searching for help from Sony Corp, online or off.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Pressing the ZAPPIN button with switch from on to off. That's how you should do it.
