How do I put a playlist on my sony walkman nwz-b163f?

I have a sony walkman nwz-b163f and I can't figure out how to put playlists on it. Can anyone help?

I think you can put a playlist together in windows media player - I use Napster which is a subscription service to buy music.

If you own CD's and get them on your PC use the windows media player - Have a look on google for tips - a bit of a jaunt I know but you will get there soon...............
