How can I open eqalizer menu in NWZ-W253 with Windows 7

Hi everyone! I've got problem like in the topic. Earlier I've worked with Windows XP - durning songs transfer in windows task bar ico walkman appers. With this ico i oppened menu with many features ie. eqalizer, zapplin function.... Now I have W7 and there is no walkman ico durning transfer and I have no idea how to open this menu
