Can somebody please help I have purchased a Sony NWZ-S544 MP3 player for my daughter. I can transfer music very easily from itunes but I am having problems with videos. They look like they have transferred because the memory has gone down but when we go into videos on the MP3 player it says there aren't any available, been trying for ages now, very frustrating. Any help would be very much appreciated.:smileyhappy:
