My headphones do not pause when I remove them. Nor do they power off after 15 minutes.
I've got software 2.7.1 and I've reverted to factory settings twice, and re-installed the Sound Connect App. No joy.
I've selected the options under "System" in the App. I'm hoping they can be repaired, but has anybody experienced this problem.
@ian-davies Have you tried setting the wearing detection automatic power off function from the App?
I've tried that and also reset the headphones to factory settings (twice) and re-installed the App. I don't believe the proximity sensor is working and Sony have now accepted the headphones for repair. Unfortunately, tey're no longer under warranty.
