Hi, can anyone help me with this problem please?
I have recently upgraded my Walkman NW-A1000 firmware to version 3. After copying my music files (using MediaGo) to the player (6GB worth) the player doesn't recognise any files & says i have no songs in database. MediaGo recognises the files on the player!! Tried using Windows Media Player - same result.
After further investigation, i found info which said to check format of disc & that it needed to be FAT or RAW: it was FAT32. So cleared music files &reinstalled firmware upgrade, rechecked format & disc was still FAT32.
How do i fix this problem? Any help/advise appreciated.
