Do I need to delete the old Content Transfer folder?

Hello,

I have just received my new NWZ-W263 Walkman to replace the older NWZ-W202 which I no longer have.

Before plugging in the new player and downloading the software, should I first remove the old Content Transfer folder?  I don't want to confuse my computer.
