I bought the new sony noise cancelling headphones which have a terrible build quality two pairs broke first pair after 3 wears 2nd pair after 20 wears sony have been very unhelpful spread the word
I have the WM-1000XM3 had to switch to another brand gave to my girlfriend as no good to me sony no help what so ever other people have mentioned similar issue with exact same problem with clip which hold earcup band into headband crap design weak part needs redesign

Sony said i broke the headset physically so i must pay for repair absolutely not the solution I was expecting as i didn't physically break headset there getting the repair now very slow no good communications with sony during this period sad
