Windows Vista 32 for VGN-TX1XP

Will Vista work well on a VGN-TX1XP?
I'm thinking of bying an upgrade but I'm not sure if the compatibility or the performance in vista environment will be reasonable.
I'm afraid if Vista is "heavy" for the current notebook.
The utility Vista Upgrade Advisor which I downloaded from Microsoft specifies a compatibility issue having to do with the Intel Graphics chipset. Will this have an issue concerning the display of Windows in Vista?
Sony provides all Vista device drivers for my notebook though, but strangely, the notebook model is not listed here: http://www.vaio-link.com/downloads/os/vista/upgrade.html

Your Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 is NOT Vista compatible so it will not run 'Aero Effects' in Vista. Without this the benefits of Vista must be questionable!!!
