This is my first post here so please be gentle! 😉
My vpcee2e1e was working fine then suddenly the internal screen went solid white. I attached an external screen and that works OK. The internal screen does not work at any stage, including bootup (the external one only works when Windows is running, not at bootup).
The machine was not dropped or handled roughly.
I've done the usual, reset the PC, removed the battery, left it for a few minutes etc. and I'm beginning to think it may be a connector in the screen / screen cable. Can anyone point me to disassembly instructions so I can check this, please?
Alternatively, does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this and what I can do to fix it, please?
