i can't get mine to work either. When i found out you could connect your mp3 play to the 360 i was (rather sadly) excited at the prospect of listening to whatever album i fancied wihin a game (without having to rip it to the harddrive first of all). I couldn't believe that the 360 doesn't support the vaio, and that really annoys me. my old creative dap works fine. Hopefully mr gates and his band of rogues will sort his act out and release an update to rectify this problem. Then again hell may freeze over first!
