VGX-XL201 AC3 DECODER

Hello Everbody, Im in need of some assistance here, my VGX-xl201 has a SONY VAIO AC3 Decoder installed, but when I use DivX Convertor, it tells me there isnt an AC3 Decoder installed.
Does Anybody know where I can access this pre installed AC3 Decoder, as it must have some sort of setup feature, I have tryed installing another AC3 Decoder but to no avail.

Im hoping somebody will point out to me where i can find the settings for this Pre installed AC3 decoder......

Ive gone through the Control panel apps, and nothing its all Sound Audio Reality which doesnt do nothing as far as i can tell.
Please if somebody has DivX convertor working please share with me the fix.
I have googled a lot for it but nothing.

I opened a case with VAIO Link, it took them a while but they got back to me.
After telling me that there software development team would look into it, they kindly said that as it is not there software i should contact the vendor (DivX) and ask them.

My VAIO XP MCE has been back to SONY 4 times now, and I received it back on Friday. It wll be going back again this week as it now refuses to burn DL DVDs.

I am very disappointed with SONY and advise anybody who's considering buying a VAIO DONT!
