I bought a VGN-FE41Z early in 2007, all was going well then about a month ago the screen suddenly went really bright and the windows fade in and out really slowly as does the mouse cursor. This has made the laptop unusable as I can now barely see the screen. I know this is the actual monitor at fault as I have plugged in an external monitor and all is fine. The laptop has just fallen out of warranty and I am going to be really unhappy if I have to replace the monitor, has anyone else had a similar problem, I'm at a loss what to do now!!
