I have experienced during few weeks very bad Sonystyle support for customers. Apart from useless and also expensive calling on their support spending around 50 pounds and resolving nothing, they even don't bother to respond my e-mails sent to customerscustomer.service.gb@shop.sony-europe.com. Could you provide such e-mail, for which I can get a response from Sonystyle, or they just don't care at all about customer support and never reply to people buying their notebooks?
