hello. im new here. i have recently been given my dads laptop it has been working fine however on saturday it crashed and switched itself off and it asked me to create a restore date which i did and the problem is i cant cant access the internet now. either wifi or ethernet. iv messed about with it for days and still no luck iv tried restoring it but still no luck. does anyone have any idea whats i can do to make it work again. everything else on the laptop works finhe its just internet. it says im connected but no internet access
