Although not massively important in the scheme of things, when I purchased my Vaio around 2/3 months ago, I was promised a copy of this DVD upon registration. I have been checking Sony website and can't find where I could remind them about sending this DVD out.

Has anyone experienced similar problems and if so, did you eventually receive the DVD?

now the case is reopened and I gave my adress.
They answered me that they will resend (why RE-send   ) the DVD but it may take about 4 weeks.
After 6 month i can truly wait another month  :smileygrin:

Phillips send me two boxes and two bags of coffee after only 4 days

No, allways the same.

Better to buy Coffemachines from Sony and Laptops from Phillips - there by Phillips the service is very much better. :smileygrin:
