Sony repairs and support problems

On 20th December, I reported to Sony that my Vaio needed repairs - most likely a replacement screen. Despite repeated phone calls to the service centre, this has not even been collected as yet!

The box to pack the Vaio into arrived on Christmas Eve (after many phone calls and problems) and despite a note attached saying collection would be arranged for the next working day, no-one has come to collect it. I keep getting told that this doesn't usually happen and this is very unusual but basically there is nothing anyone there can do apart from make a not to contact the carrier again - which doesn't exactly inspire confidence!

I keep getting told that Sony have passed instructions to TNT, but the local TNT depot (who made the delivery) have no instructions from Sony (or anyone else) in regards to collecting the box and have told us that it was a delivery only and they cannot collect it unless Sony arrange a collection which has not been done.

I have asked to speak to a supervisor at the support centre and that is apparantly not possible. I have been told to email Sony Support if I am not happy - which I did 4 days ago and as yet no-one has replied.

With the problems i have had just getting this collected and having read other posts on here, I'm not entirely sure I even want Sony to do the repairs any more, but if anyone can help my case number is 5237229
