RZ504 doesn´t work after 3 Month´s

Hello
I have bought a RZ504 three month ago. Now the HDD doesn´t work. How is this possible ? I tried to recover the system via CD, but no success. The HDD could not be sensed. Is there anyone else with this problem with a new PC by Sony ?

It's just bad luck. Any piece of technology can go wrong at any time. You should telephone Sony to have the computer repaired. The telephone number is at http://www.vaio-link.com

They should be able to sort the problem out for you pretty quickly.

Thank´s for your answer. But i am very angry, because I need this Computer for my Technician-School. I have sold much money to get a computer like this. A cheaper PC from a discounter works proper at my friend. I have also a Vaio Laptop, it works very good. But now i hope, that Sony will help me very fast. Sorry for my bad english...
