Hello,
My dvd burner won't start anymore:
- the system doesn't detect any issue, all drivers have been checked, no error, all should work.
- when I insert a cd or a dvd I don't hear it running, the cd or dvd doesn't actually move at all
I haven't used it much in a year, just burned cds few months ago.
Between the time it worked and now I've just added an external hard drive.
Unstalling and removing it didn't do much.
So I believe this a hardware issue, and I should change it.
Unless you have ideas !! 
I got a new one, just need to know how to proceed to replace the burner, would you guys have any good link for me ?
