Product key help

Hi All

Someone please help me.....Everytime i enter my product key so i can validate my license it keep saying product key is incorrect even though i am entering it correct. Has anybody got any ideas how i can get round this?

What model Vaio do you have and are you still using the original Sony supplied OS.?
