I'm using the VISTA system (32bits), VAIO VGN-FW21Z.
Recently, every time when I logged on to the windows, there's error message saying: Catalyst Control Centre: Host Applicatgion has stopped working!
And, when I ran a Video Test from the VAIO Hardware Diagnostics, it came back with the following results:
