I have the VGN-FE41Z and i used windows virtual machine so that i can use XP, i want my virtual machine to be able to go on the internet, do i need drivers, or anything, if yes please send me links i really need it please

Is the internet connection working in Vista as VM will just reroute it through that. Does the XP device manager have any little yellow triangles in it?

but its connected
Are you using an ethernet connection or a wireless connect?
You will have less problems with a wired connection. The drivers should already be installed for all the devices supported by VirtualPC.
