Problem with my recovery dvd's

I own a VGN-FJ1Z/W laptop, I have a problem with the recovery DVD'S and i could not install the XP Home Edition which I got with the purchase. I deleted the backup recovery from my hard disk for enough space.

(I installed XP Prof but facing the problem of audio drivers,cam,microphone etc....)
Can any one please help me out in this....

are you using the "restore C drive" or "restore complete system" option?, in your case you will need the to choose the complete system option. hope this helps
