I have tried to update my itunes to version 8. This stoped at about 90% and a message error appears that says that my cd and dvd cannot record anymore because a driver for "cd recording software" has disappeared on both equipment (Pioneer DVD-ROM DWD-121R and SONY DWD RW DW-U12A). They are from origin with purchase of PC.
When going to see what the problem is it says that I need to update drivers "cdralw2k.sys" and that the original drivers have been desactivated. It also says that it makes Windows unstable and I have pbs in turning off my PC.
I don't know how to get these updates and don't know how even to find which version of CD recording software I have (where do I find that?) in order to eventually download the correct driver.
I need to download from somewhere these updates. Can someone help me?
